Enabling connectivity to people & critical infrastructure. Enhance visibility and control – right to the edge of your network. Providing rapid control and feedback for utility SCADA networks and meeting the exacting standards required for critical voice backhaul, the MimoLink™ range of narrowband solutions bring peace of mind to our mission critical communication customers.
MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output) is an advanced radio technology that increases network capacity without extra spectrum. Using two transceivers connected to a MIMO antenna, Tornado radios deliver up to twice the data throughput of standard SISO radios in the same narrowband channel.
Higher-order modulation, such as 256QAM, enables more data to be transmitted within the same channel by increasing the number of bits carried per symbol. This improves network capacity and data transfer efficiency.
Full duplex communication enables devices to transmit and receive data simultaneously, improving network efficiency and supporting modern IP- based operations. This capability helps overcome the limitations of half-duplex communication in advanced utility networks.
MimoLink™, software-definable radios for point-to-point links or point-to-multipoint networks through to antennas, software and accessories. We are committed to providing reliable and secure critical communication solutions be they across long paths, in busy urban areas, over difficult terrain or for last mile connectivity.

Reliable, low-latency narrowband connectivity for teleprotection, SCADA, and AMI backhaul.

Mission-critical radio links that hold steady — and networks — are on the line.

Robust point-to-point connectivity to monitor and protect infrastructure across vast distances.

Stay connected in the most remote, rugged environments where public networks can't reach.
Offering a link design and assessment including a report with the design outcome, Google Earth imagery, availability statistics and recommendations.

Ensuring a seamless rollout of the network, a Ubiik project manager brings experience of large scale wireless telecommunications deployments plus provides a direct line to the various Ubiik internal resources (development, logistics, manufacturing, etc) for input and quick updates.
Field resource availability on the ground to perform or help customer staff with the commissioning of Ubiik radios and links, ensuring the solution is ready for production. This service includes support with radio configuration, link testing and troubleshooting and offers the benefit of hands-on training of customer staff to gain experience with the commissioning tasks.
Gain use of a dedicated Ubiik Support Engineer to help with the set up, roll out and management of a customer’s Ubiik FAN solution including tasks such as Configuration, Documentation, Troubleshooting and Performance Auditing.
After the Tier I Base Stations have been deployed (or at defined key milestones of the deployment) one of our team can drive test the network to validate the coverage provided by the RF Network Design. Data is analyzed and a final report provided outlining any recommendations including modifications at sites or any requirement for additional sites to fill coverage holes.
Ordering and supply of SIM cards followed by installation, commissioning and testing of SIM in base station and UE, ensuring correct operation.
Creation of deployment and maintenance-focused documentation, related to customer specific environments, processes, workflows and templates. This service ensures a common understanding and consistency of the Ubiik solution deployment.
Check out our Services brochure below or contact us for more information.
Offering support 24/7/365 at the end of the phone or via our dedicated online customer portal, our team of Support Engineers are on hand to assist with troubleshooting, queries, issues and enhancement requests.
Joining your team in the field, our support engineer will troubleshoot and, where possible, resolve issues in addition to providing a report outlining findings and recommendations. Preventative maintenance tasks can also be carried out in line with customer procedures.
Ubiik offers a pre-defined warranty period and the option to upgrade to an extended warranty. Hardware can also be returned outside of the warranty period for repair on a time and materials basis.
If in-house resource to retune a duplexer is not available, our team can retune duplexers to a new frequency within the existing band, allowing the radio to be repurposed in the network.
Either during or following network deployment, one of our engineers can log into the customer network (remotely or on-site) to check network performance. A key aspect of Operations & Maintenance of a communications network, this service will provide you with recommendations for network optimization.
Monitoring network usage to determine available versus used capacity, this service is designed to provide full visibility of network utilization to assist with current operations in addition to future network planning.
If human resources are in hot demand in your organization, let our team take a load off yours with our Managed Services.
Providing a turnkey, end-to-end solution to manage many aspects of your pLTE or MimoLink™ network, our Managed Services are designed to both optimize performance and make life easier for teams who are under pressure.

With a service area encompassing four counties and offering a mix of terrain from foothills to the coast, Talquin Electric Cooperative provides power, water and wastewater services to their customer base in the Florida panhandle.

Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is Washington state’s oldest energy utility, providing power and natural gas to nearly 1.4 million homes and businesses.
